 The Boathouse is in a magical position over-looking the River Ouse.
It is ten minutes walk from the Cathedral and City centre and is the
only restaurant in Ely to feature in the Good Food Guide. The food is
largely British and reflects the seasons and the local area. Note the
homemade sausages (made on site as at other establishments) and
the local beer. The chefs can be seen at work in the kitchen and the
front of house team are very welcoming, friendly and generate a
warm, convivial atmosphere becoming of a lively local restaurant. |
